aurablindbear23 :
jin’s is straight to the point like a solider, atsus you can feel the rage behind her pulling the blade out, and Musashi is more of a flaunting draw. but i mess with jin’s.

I like Atsu because it feels like there’s more emotions behind it even without showing it

Fun fact. Takezo the unrivaled, the hardest fight in Ghost of Yotei, IS Musashi. Before he became known as Miyamoto Musashi his name was Shinmen Takezo.

Samurai etiquette. Pressing the guard with the thumb to slightly loosen the blade (called koiguchi o kiru / “cutting the mouth of the scabbard”) is a last warning sign. Trained samurai would do it before a fight to signal that they are willing and ready to kill, but if the opponent backs away then they will also walk away. Drawing the sword is the initiation of the fight. It's no longer a warning, opponent will not be left to walk away. It's called batto, and in traditional Bushido culture, if it's fully drawn, it shall not return unsullied, blood will be shed. Saito also does koiguchi coping Jin trying to maintain his image. In Jin vs shimura they both fully draw their blades in bat to showing their resolve.

Jin, without a doubt. It's the long hesitation before he clicks the hilt free.. it's only a few seconds but the suspense is eternal. GoT still the best samurai game of all time, imo

Sorry, but Jin is so smooth, all he has is a flick of his finger, he knows he can beat his opponent, essentially telling them "I can beat them with a flick of my finger" well depends on the player
