@brandythehotmessteacher: Soup season has entered the chat. 🥣✨ This Copycat Café Zupas Chicken Noodle Soup is light, cozy, full of chicken and veggies, and the rotini makes it even better because every little spiral grabs onto that broth. 🙌🏼 COPYCAT CAFÉ ZUPAS CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons butter • 1 small yellow onion, diced • 3 carrots, sliced • 3 celery stalks, sliced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 8 cups chicken broth • 3–4 cups cooked shredded chicken • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste • ½ teaspoon black pepper • ½ teaspoon garlic powder • ½ teaspoon onion powder • ½ teaspoon dried thyme • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon or chicken base • 2–3 cups rotini pasta • Fresh parsley or cilantro for topping, optional Directions: 1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook for about 5–7 minutes, until they start to soften. 3. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and chicken bouillon. 5. Bring everything to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes. 6. Add the rotini and cook until tender. 7. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. 8.
