Leaving this here… this whole situation is irritating me. God gives us free will. The driver had the free will of getting behind the wheel drunk or sober and their choice sadly caused them their life. The same way everyone thank God for getting a house or new car why can’t Keith Lee thank him for protecting him in that situation.

I think it’s because they present it as this higher power that’s all loving and benevolent, so when you imply the higher power helped you it’s natural to wonder why not the other person? Wouldn’t an all loving creator protect all fairly?

I’m an athesit. Ppl aren’t really hating, thy are challenging him to dissect the logic. The family of the man had to hear “God is Amazing” right before/or after the announcement that their father/brother/uncle/child is dead and will see them again…. Most are calling it what it was “In poor taste…” or “tone deaf…” I think all religion is silly, but most ppl aren’t hating him for being religious or his beliefs. It was moments like this…
