who cares if it was a real gun or not. the employees didn't know it was a toy and they were afraid for their life. he deserved exactly what he got. And his family needs to quit. Trying to get rich quick. They raised the thug, and these are the consequences for his stupid actions.

the toy was meant to be seen as a real gun to commit the crime. The man was to to assume the gun was real and fired. This is a stupid case to even consider.
