@anteajen: PASSABLE Roads: As of today, Sept. 7, 2026, the latest DPWH-Cordillera update says: * Kennon Road: ⚠️ Temporarily not passable to non-residents. * Marcos Highway (Aspiras–Palispis): ✅ Passable and the main recommended route. * Baguio–Bauang/Naguilian Road: ✅ Passable, but use caution because of recent rain-related damage. * Asin–Nangalisan–San Pascual Road: ✅ Alternative route, but conditions can change with heavy rain. Baguio’s official traffic-monitoring page currently shows no city road closures for today, but that doesn’t mean every lowland approach is hazard-free. If you’re coming from Pampanga/Manila today, I’d favor Marcos Highway rather than Kennon.
