This is another reason they didn’t want kids to have cellphones. They know the kids would tell the parents IMMEDIATELY!! Those parents would contact the need news station and it would blow up. My baby came home red as a tomato last week. They didn’t say 1 word to parents. He didn’t even eat dinner… slept all night.

this goes for heaters in winter too. we were forced to go to school when none of the heaters were working and it was 54 degrees inside. we weren’t allowed to bring blankets. I’m anemic and stay cold constantly, my hands become cold, pale, and stiff which makes it hard to do any work

This!! the school I work in is brand new like we just opened the doors 🚪in February and we have NO A/C, we also had no heat in the old building and I'm in Canada

I know as a grown adult I wouldn’t wanna be at work with no ac so why should these kids be forced to learn in it. No??? Pick them up.

This is not the heat we had, and a lot of the schools don’t have windows anymore. I taught in a HS where the only “window” was a glass panel by the door that couldn’t be opened.

I grew up with no ac, when I got with my husband I told him I would never live without ac. and he has made sure I haven't.
