I’m a professionally trained Chef, and while I do enjoy purchasing fresh produce when making meals… my FAVOURITE meals are the ones I make with whatever I find in my pantry or freezer. Even when I go to my friends’ place and we don’t know what to eat, I just like looking around at their stuff and making something tasty out of “nothing”. It’s a great skill to hone in on. And you have PLENTY to work with ✨

As I Puerto Rican, take the rotisserie chicken put it in some buffalo sauce and make some empanadas! You can prep them and freeze them, the ones that I freeze I’ll take out and put them in the fridge overnight and either fry them or air fry them the next day for a quick meal:)
