You can only unlock half of the skill tree right now, so you have to pick and choose which skills will matter to you. The skills in the skill tree apply to your IC as a whole whether you're a witch or a fairy. As of right now, there's no other ways to acquire the rest of the skills. I will make a video explaining everything
