Ross is not a full on dead stock store they just sell overstock and sometimes discontinued things it doesnt mean its discontinued

They stopped being manufactured: the reason why they were being sold for $40 is because they've been discontinued. (specifically the sherbet kori version) They pushed them all out early and lately there's been no sightings for more than a month. It's safe to assume they sold all that they had in stock and the remaining ones are being resold. (NOT LOW STOCK)

it’s not deadstock it’s mainly items with production deformities that weren’t good enough to hit the actual brand name stores. can be something small like a misplaced stitched or an off center piece but still
