what about compensation for the wrongful/unlawful detainment of the child who spent illegal incarceration time in the custody of the foster care system? Those children, like my own, don't deserve to have to suffer the trauma caused by CPS. Kids who aren't harmed and love their parents and home are the only ones being victimized at this point. Financial compensation is a must alongside a formal grievance, disciplinary action with a criminal felony charge with conviction for minimum 1yrs in a prison.

that's why I always say that in my situation for example they removed two of my nieces for wrongfully allegations from the case worker from Lutheran services and the other third party children's Network May false allegations to the point where they made the judge so nervous to have her sign a petition to remove the children immediately the same day they've made a staffing meeting been with these children for a parent 5 months when they first gave them to me back in April of 2026 the new one was such in terrible health crisis and the two-year-old niece of mine with death in one ear I've made sure that I took care of all this medical needs specialist judge took away the mother's rights August 5th the minute I applied for the level one licensing when my background came back they attacked me and went back 30 years of an he sure I have where my stepfather molested me they took that and made it seem like it just recently happened to the point where they shook up the judge and the judge signed the petition to remove the children the case worker made these acts of allegations false allegations towards me because of what happened to me when I was 13 years old because I signed the level one licensing to adopt these children then they remove them a week later prior from the 2-year-old surgery now they don't want to bring them back to our home they remove them from Hillsborough county Florida to Pasco county Florida they remove them from my home to bring them to another caregiver caregiver surrender the girls cuz she couldn't take it care of them and now then Pasco county and I'm trying to fight for the girls back
