Unfortunately as mercy it’s hard to climb, because as well as you might play, you put your fate into somebody else’s hands, just play juno and all will be well 😂

as a mercy main, you can totally rank up on mercy but it’s entirely team dependent. if your dps is trash her kit doesn’t help as much so i’d switch. moira, kiri, juno are my favs when im not playing mercy. i also like ana but i always miss my sleep darts so i don’t touch her in comp lol.

Play the fuck out of Ana or Juno or simply be a flex support. Kiri is p easy to get value out of. Mercy is a good pick, but only when you queue with people that can get value out of her (your friends, basically).

i know people are saying don’t play mercy, but you CAN play mercy and rank up but you need to know when to switch, if ur having to heal more than ur damage boosting for example then it’s worth playing a support that has a better healing output. also if you see that ur team could benefit from a speed boost or an immortality then u switch to juno/lucio/bap/kiri it’s all dependent on what your team needs to win. there will be games when playing mercy will make you loose but there will be games when you can definitely play mercy, at the end of the day it depends on your team comp and how the game is going

game. sense. your ult can change a fight around! track the enemies team ults “if my tank has their ult, the other probs does as well” and watch out for it, they’ll want to use it. You can climb on Mercy but it is harder to do esp if your JUST doing mercy. Learn the playstyles - dive, antidive, poke etc and pick a hero in each to learn. Brig/Kiriko/Mercy/Ana is a good base to have Once you start learning cues from the enemy team you can give those callouts to your team and adjust for the fight “eg i know Zen has ult lets bait it out before my tank ults”
