Working pretty deeply enmeshed in the film industry, I can say with absolutely certainty that Thomas is 100% correct. Kinda wish he’d used a different example than Tom Holland (because he’s a genuine sweetheart!), but yes, the public is force-fed the sugar-coated view in most cases
