KindgomR :
Just do low calorie the margin of error is less than 15cals… with sauce that makes the consumer consider serving size and normal calories for sauces and at that point you’ve lost.

15 Cals, because if I see something that says “low calorie” I think they’re marketing to people who don’t know/dont check and it’s probably not THAT low calorie

15 cals. Your target market are people being conscious of what they are eating and it will draw them in. The general population will still eat it when they try it

I would suggest leaning into your demographic first than catering for mass appeal. Normal people don’t even register sauce has calories to begin with. I think it’ll take a lot of word of mouth to get normal people to pick this than chick-fil-a sauce. Plus you can always change it later down the road

I’m in the low calorie group. That directly implies that it’s going to be a more healthy option. Whereas 15 cals may not stand out to a lot of people as being better for you than the others. The people who care about the cals are going to read the label regardless.

Low calorie. Those who care about calories are going to read the nutrition label anyway. Those who don’t care about calories will only care about low calorie.

LOW CALORIE in different coloring like the white u used for (15 cals) for it to STAND OUT and can be EASILY READ and highlighted. Most ppl don’t even know chik fil a sauce is like 60 cals per serving most ppl don’t know. But ppl who actually CARE about calorie will see “low calorie” and switch it to the back to read the cals and see the “15”.

I think putting high volume low calorie or low calorie for high volume would be interesting everything these days says low calorie or high protein, but half them are just one or two higher or lower depending on what it is

15 calorie may make the average person avoid it bc that’s seems really low and like it won’t taste good vs low calorie is like a slightly healthier but maybe not too healthy so still could be tasty
