I worked at Blockbuster during my high school years. Best job ever! Pizza hut was next door. We would trade pizzas for free rentals. BEST OF TIMES!

The only thing that made it better was not finding the new release on the shelf, and asking the worker to check the outside return bin, and then they reappeared with it. The pizza tasted better on nights like that.

That’s was joyful but we(the kids) had to earn it! Grades was on point, no phones calls from the school! That was probably the only weekend we “WANTED”to stay inside
