put your multi meter in the fuse connectors and set it to continuity and wiggle the harness to see if there's any dead shorts

Top left or right fuse, or bottom right corner. On the Pannel by your ankle. Check your 13 pin on the boom (electric aux plug) connector if it keeps blowing. I’ve seen wires rub and it will blow the fuse that controls everything. Check for metal or dirt in plug.

Use a light bulb for those power shorts. Run a wire from bulb to ground and bulb to circuit side of the fuse. As long as it’s lit then you know you still have a short. Better than going through fuses like candy.

Be very careful using wrong amperage fuses. if you use a lower amperage its safe, but can blow even if the circuit works just as it should. if you use a higher amperage you can risk the fuse isn't the weakest link. causing component or wire overheating, melting or a fire

This is what I do for a living. Disconnect that solenoid, check the resistance and try the fuse. That'll tell you it's wiring or not
