My cats are in shedding phase it triggered my asthma so I just bought vacuum and air purifier then comb their fur regularly. Shedding phase is natural for them like how us women gets our period

That poor little angel, hearing what your parents did really pisses me off and I hope and pray you'll get to keep the little one somehow and deal with your parents because I would've exploded with anger. Shit like this is why i prefer animals over humans.

so me and my parents went somewhere else leaving our cat at home with my sister, guess what he just starved himself until he got thinner than before and his voice changed too. he only started to eat slowly again after i showed up 😭😭😭 poor kitty thinking we abandon him

My advice is to take her to the vets make sure is physically ok and maybe a mild sedtive for a few days. Your parents on the other hand I won't go there. We have kitties and they do shed but it's part of having a cat.
