corollary to hiding orders, sometimes doctors have favorites saved that mess it up for central pharmacy. I'm a pharmacist builder at my hospital which grants me extra security. One of my favorite things to do is replace their favorite with the correct version but make it look identical.

I love that you enjoy the hospital and you seem so much happier now!! I always think of you when I pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy and I make sure I’m extra nice to the pharmacy staff. I mean, I was always nice because I’m a decent human being, but I really make sure I’m especially kind to them because I remember all the horror stories.

My bestie worked as a pharmacy tech for years, and the drama that went down amongst her coworkers was soap opera worthy. She literally took a new position to get outta there after a while, cause of the constant drama 😭

Girl I've had ventilator patients who are awake on the vent, doing her nails and watching Teen Mom on her iPad. She had to return for more surgery on her neck so we couldn't extubate, but she was awake and calm. I'll never forget this patient

Our providers can’t order Avycaz (ceftazidime/avibactam), Amikacin, or make custom IVs. I’m sure there’s more but those come to mind first!

Also, some quadriplegic people have some ability to move and use their arms. Which muscles they can use depends on their exact spinal cord injury.
