I suggest not using their experience/comfort with utilizing AI as your scale on wether they should be hired. A persons actual skills are more valuable than an imperfect tool that is actively dumbing down its users and ruining our water supply.

I’ve hired multiple people, and I’ve also been interviewed by people like you. In my experience, the majority of the people I’ve hired have gone on to bigger and better things, which was always the goal. A good leader doesn’t just give advice; they also recognize when they need to take it.
