For everyone wondering what the recipe is: It’s the EZComplete nutrient blend. Has the recipe on the package that you follow in order to ensure its actually a balanced meal. You can do either raw or cooked, but if you’re buying meat from the grocery store you should cook to kill off the bacteria. If you want to do raw you should find some place online that prekills the bacteria (like using HPP (high pressure processing)).
