Move-ups should ALWAYS be done one row at a time. 👏 Why? Because placement matters. If you remove every weft from the head at once, it becomes way too easy to forget exactly which weft belonged on which row and where it was originally placed. Instead: Remove one row. Clean it up. Resection. Replace that same weft. Then move on to the next. Working one row at a time keeps you organized and makes sure every weft goes back exactly where it belongs.
