the call to the police, the caller says Keith and his "car" are suspicious. First off, Keith is driving a truck and second, "suspicious" is a perspective as articulated by the caller to the police. How does the caller know Keith is suspicious? Is the caller "qualified" to assess Keith's vehicle as "suspicious?" Give me a break.
