I felt like they ended the show good for David but cliffhanger for everyone else. I wasn’t satisfied if I’m being honest. Loved the wedding but it didnt do it for me as a finale!

I get why they were disappointed but I love Alexis having some autonomy and faith in herself by the end of the show. I love that growth in her character. I think seeing her get married and sacrifice her dreams to be with Ted would've made me really sad.

i agree with dan levy 10000% we began the show with alexis constantly following a man, a friend group, a party, etc. all over the world with no responsibilities or plan. we ended it with her by herself, following herself into her very important future 🤍

The ending they went with actually was perfect. I can get wanting a lovely romantic ending for your character, but Alexis grew so much and I love that she ended things choosing to keep working on her career

I am so glad they did not do a double wedding because that’s just too perfect of an end for both of them and it’s so unrealistic like I have never known anyone to do a double wedding in real life. It’s always a TV trope.

I wanted a reunion special so bad where they all went back home for future Patrick and David’s child’s kindergarten graduation and Alexis and Ted get back together 😭 it would have been perfect
