@hannaharmitage.mk: Can you believe we’re already in my fourth week in Thailand? How quickly has that gone?! I’m back with another Hannah diary, and SHOCK there’s been even more change! 😂 I’ve come back to Koh Samui. Back to my jungle paradise and the place where I found the most peace. I absolutely loved Phuket and genuinely thought it could become home, but I started noticing some of the same traits creeping back in that I had in the UK when it came to work. I wasn’t eating properly only big meals for collabs then snacking, I wasn’t drinking enough water, and I found myself becoming stressed because I’d taken on far too much work. That is not what I came to Thailand for. I’m so grateful that therapy has helped me recognise these patterns before I completely lose myself in them again. So, after another ten-hour journey across the south of Thailand, I’m back in Koh Samui and it feels right. This week, before I return to the UK, I need to view some houses and start making proper plans because one thing is now certain: this is where I’m going to settle. 🌴 #thailanddiaries #thailandtiktok #travelvlogger #HealingJourney
