they only tried to de-escalation when the lady officer arrived. when she asked for one officer to leave, he stayed and angonizied more. she was out of line but she just lost her brother by police 2 days prior. they never once showed any compassion

I’m so confused.. What does the public want to happen when a person is not complying despite repeated directives.. just let the people go even if they are not following the law.. You want our police to sit there for hours and talk it out. Like the moment a person refuses the first time and shows this type of behavior they are not being rational. We the people have to account for our own actions and safety acting like over a traffic citation is ridiculous.

The defendant was wanting a confrontation with the police. From the start, she thought that she was above the law, not obeying officer commands, speaking and screaming over the police, acting belligerent to a level beyond out of control. This woman wanted this situation, she needed this situation and at the end, she ended up in handcuffs, car impounded, multiple tickets, speeding 48 in a 30 MPH zone, fleeing a traffic stop, resisting arrest, assault on a officer, obstruction and possibly endangering a child.
