Broke my nose because I couldn’t hold back my nausea in the car filled with cigarette smoke. Cleaned up the puke with a bloody nose. Now I have chronic health issues regarding the ability to release fluids from my body (like that moment literally programmed my subconscious body to try and control nausea and bathroom reflexes 😭)
