This happened in 2011 he lives in Waterbury Connecticut. He’s in a group home. He is supervise 24 hours a day and he’s on medication to help him… but as mentioned only in CONNECTICUT

I was in jail with this man at the time before he got sentenced to waiting forensic and just because you guys monitor his medication and give it to him on time doesn't mean that he's going to go out and stay on his meds and not do it again 100% guarantee this man's going to do it again you know like he was looking at all of us inside the Gardner correctional facility like we were food so yeah I don't think I want to let him go
