I don’t know, I’ve had both. I’ve had the big medical-grade one since 2002, when my oldest was little, and I still use it. It has never failed me! The one you’re talking about, I’ve had to replace twice because they’ve broken.

My daughter has asthma and her ped told me to NEVER use this! Ever! They even try to stop using nebs on asthma patients. Pleaseeee call your babies dr before you just go doing things from TikTok

I have 4 of these and I fucking LOVE them! I keep one everywhere, just like I have chapsticks 😂 I’ve never seen them for under $20, so it looks like I’m buying 2 more for backups! I have long COVID and asthma, and these things are a lifesaver.
