@the_tailwater_gypsy: SURGERY WAS ONE MONTH AGO TODAY. 🦷🤍 I was about to land in Vegas when the pilot came over the speaker: “Ladies and gentlemen, we’re going to have a slight delay landing due to Air Force One departing the area.” Of course. 🤣 Then I land, get greeted by my personal driver, Ronaldo, and he apologizes because… the road leaving the airport is closed too. The POTUS was leaving the area. My luck, right?! 😂 Good thing I wasn’t headed to Vegas for the reason most people usually are, because this trip was already looking like a losing hand. 🎰🤣 Nope. I had flown to Vegas BY MYSELF to willingly have 28 teeth extracted, 12 implants placed, and an entirely set of permanent zirconia teeth installed. 😳🦷 Just a casual little Vegas getaway. 😂 And now somehow… THAT WAS A MONTH AGO TODAY. It’s wild looking back at these pictures knowing what was running through my head in that moment. The nerves. The fear. The “Shannon, are you REALLY doing this?!” Yep. I really did it. And instead of leaving Vegas wondering where all my money went… I came home with the biggest jackpot I’ve ever hit. 🎰🦷✨ One month down. A whole lot of healing still happening. And absolutely ZERO regrets.
