honestly businesses are down, who is building on mityana road starting from bulenga & what is there source of income ? recently i went to deliver behind kabira International school, there so many buildings going up but the roads going to those buildings are in a bad state. just imagine an acre of land at katende on masaka road costing 100M ? government should change 50000 & 20000 notes these are the notes people are keeping in there homes.

Overbuilding can cause debt issues, but construction itself isn't the problem. Construction circulates capital faster than most industries governments collect approval taxes, suppliers sell materials, and workers earn daily wages that go straight back into the local market.
