I still don’t know why people are so afraid to use AI to study, there are literally AI tools where you can convert what you’re studying into quizzes or flashcards, so read and comprehend what you’re studying then use those tools

but that's how I learn. I got a code for writing things. also because I can't write it quick enough and they talk too fast so I've had to shorten words and sentences down to symbols. I look back at my notes and it's like looking at hieroglyphics. 😭

i had a professor say that i was ignorant bc i wouldn’t write notes i would take pictures of the slides but i would be listening the whole time to the lecture. I never failed an exam and i always knew what we were learning about.

Read/Annotate before class. Add details during class. (The big thing people hate me for) I then rewrite the notes in whole. Then I make vocab flash cards if needed. Work example sheets (if subject has them). Feynman Technique it!

I paid the 45$ for quizlet unlimited yearly subscription and it’s the only thing that’s been working I can actually learn and I can do it anywhere and also sit on my ass with a show in the background while I do it.

I copy down the notes a day before class so that when they do the lecture I already have an idea on what the chapter is about. That way you don't waste time jotting down the notes and pay close attention to the examples they bring up. It's a bit similar to when they suggest you read the chapter beforehand.
