I’m on everybody’s side like everyone had a correct reason. Now, did everybody go about it the right way? No but I agree with Tony they should’ve had someone their to put them in check but it shouldn’t have been the United Nations, it should’ve been Rhodey or something but Cap is also right when he’s like our job is literally saving the world and saving people and we can only do so much against the forces that are against us and it’s not fair to police that. I definitely think Tony would’ve amended them but I think it would’ve been a “give them the runaround” situation where it would’ve never happened or they just took years to make it happen

I get both sides. accountability needed to be made for the damage and lives cost from the avengers however being controlled by the government isnt a good way to take that accountability. and tony was obviously upset that Barnes killed his parents, mind controlled or not it would've been hard to handle

So funny to me how tony got all preachy about how dangerous they were and how they needed to be regulated meanwhile the conflicts in all three iron man movies, age of ultron AND civil war were all his fault due to his hubris. The Accords would have been perfect if they were just a UN rep keeping Tony on an actual leash

Why would Steve tell Tony tho? Bucky was his best friend and Tony is genuinely just a coworker. And when would there be time for that. If anything, Nick fury or nat should have told him. They were closer and knew longer

I’m team Cap 100% but I never understand why people say Steve should have told Tony? He didn’t tell him because he knew Tony would react like this even though Bucky was not at fault… so why would he tell him? 😭
