Wow that was impressive. I will say that leadership in LE is quite different than military leadership. This brief was similar to the BC and SgtMaj talking to the boys before we step off. People need to feel appreciated. Both of these men spoke from the heart. We need more of this. We all understood the assignment. Err Rah!
