@sumsofanarchyofficial: Why does this work? 🤔 Since 5 is half of 10, multiplying by 5 is the same as halving then multiplying by 10 instead. ✨If we’re doing 4x5, that’s the same as 2x2x5 ✨But 2x2x5 is the same as 2x(2x5) which is 2x10 We’re essentially taking a factor of 2 from the 4 and giving it to the 5 to make 10. This is just our halving and doubling technique which we practiced recently, and it can be applied to any multiplication.
