I think part of making her MH more unstable was doing things on the cloned phone and then Lindsay having no recollection of doing searches and sending certain messages and it was making her panic that she was losing her mind

The therapist telling him she thinks she’s bipolar and he argues she’s not is a big red flag. Why did they even give him that info? He was way too controlling yet disengaged at the same time. This was a long game.

I need WiFi claims addressed at this point. WiFi was down but you were working from home that day but the cameras weren’t working due to WiFi, but you can text and call traced through WiFi, but dialing 911 was hard bc of WiFi issues… which is it dude? Like.. come on.

The fact that her main doctor had never seen her in person not even for an intake is crazy. There is so much body language and clinical signs that can be missed. These online meetings can have the partner sitting just out of view controlling the narrative.

A couple things. The device they spoke about when it was accessing her Facebook when she was at the doctor was the surface pro. That’s why Reddington was pointing out it couldn’t have been her because it was the surface pro at home. It wasn’t being accessed by her phone. Also it wasn’t that the other phone didn’t have a serial number. It was a completely separate warrant to go into that other phone which was probably her old phone (she got a new one in aug). And when they had to describe the phone they said no identifiable serial number because they weren’t allowed to look at the phone yet when drafting the warrant and the only way you could see the serial number is to search the phone. iPhones don’t have external serial numbers. That’s very common to put into a specific warrant for a device. They didn’t refer to it that way when they named it in the general warrant to collect the device. This was an added warrant to search that particular one. I think this got spread because of a genuine misunderstanding about how different warrants are drafted and what info they sometimes include and don’t include. But they couldn’t use identify the serial number at the time of drafting it so of course it’s unidentifiable at that point.

I think his mom figured it out too. Remember when she was on the stand reading the texts looking confused while reading. It looked like she had a moment of realization that sometimes she wasn’t talking to Lindsey.

Now imagine if someone is slipping you meds unbeknownst to you, and you feel like you're going crazy! No matter what you're doing with the doctors. Then seeing texts you didn't send or don't remember. Google searches. MyChart messages you can't recall sending. On and on and on... how easy would it be to be convinced that you did this terrible crime that you can't remember. Yet again, something happens that you can't remember.

That’s what I think Reddington points out to Patrick’s mom… is that it wasn’t Lindsay telling her to stay home the night this happened, it was him and you see the color drain from her face right on the witness stand.

Has anyone figured this out yet. The warrant explicitly notes that the phone found ON THE BED had “no identifiable serial number. But then there's another warrant, around page 182, for a pink iPhone also described as having “no identifiable serial number.” The second phone is described as being in the second-floor dresser. So which was it?
