Hope the aunt knows it wasn’t her fault. She called for help and she shouldn’t feel guilt, the officers should! There needs to be more compassion for mentally sick people :( he wasn’t in his right mind.

as someone who works in the mental health field….the cops should’ve had a mental health crisis response there to try and intervene and place him on 5150….they should’ve never tried to handle it on their own

These comments are not it. They even said he was running at the cops, mind you, with a knife in his hands. How do the Aunt and Mother know he wasn't going to harm the cops...they don't know that!!! The cops were protecting themselves and others...exactly as they are supposed to!
