@itvnews: Investigators are trying to determine what caused an Amazon cargo plane to barrel off a runway at Miami International Airport on September 6th, striking multiple vehicles and killing at least five people. The plane had arrived from San Juan, Puerto Rico. All flights at Miami International were put on hold as emergency crews responded.
