Get the non mol, please. Each time he breaks it they will extend and punish. It’s one of very few orders that work in family court. Make sure you also get power of arrest should he not return the children as the police don’t give a 💩 about court orders and won’t help, they will just tell you to go back to court. Also a parenting app if need be but with a non mol he can’t contact any way so that shouldn’t be needed. I’d like to say he will get bored but these kind of people never do.

As a social worker, please you need to put in that non-mol order as that’s your only proof of what you and your children have been going through legally. As social workers can put in agreements but they are not legally binding. I respect any decision you make.

I’m so sorry you have been through this - absolutely horrific!! Also this man should be ashamed of himself, while social services are visiting children who are loved and safe, other children are living in fear and misery 💔

Document everything, keep all texts . Don’t speak by phone with him. Ask that anything to do with the children goes through another person like a go between. Get the non molestation order after what he did at the football . Men like him don’t stick to their word and I doubt he’ll adhere to any conditions set!
