hot take: Ibis Paint is VERY underrated solely because of being "only a mobile app", though it's not true. I've started my way in mobile Ibis, later moved to PC+wacom tablet, still using Ibis to this day. It has all features I need and it still receives useful updates. here's one of my latest artworks:
