@gradesforgrabs: Lorenzo and his mom shared what Grades For Grabs means to them, and his mom got really emotional. Moments like this are bigger than grades and rewards it’s about motivating our kids, making them feel proud, and showing them that their hard work matters. Keep going Lorenzo! We’re proud of you! Leave some love and encouragement for Lorenzo and his mom in the comments! #islandockzacksfinestgradesforgrabs #deliockyfoodnyccommunity #schoolkidsreportcards #highschoolkids #viral

I love this one the kids because it makes them go harder because at the end they’re not gonna get a reward when I was raising my kids. This is what I used to do. Good grades get rewards

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝟮𝟳 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲. Watch it again and count how few balls are actually hit hard. Pro rallies stretch this long because neither team will gift the point. Every deep ball gets absorbed off the back glass instead of volleyed on the rise, and every attack is answered with a high, floating lob that buys time and resets both players back to the wall. Nobody panics. They are playing percentages, not highlights. Club rallies end in three shots for the opposite reason: the first hard ball gets rushed, someone tries to finish from a bad position, and the error shows up before the winner does. Pros have enormous shot tolerance. They are happy to hit ten neutral balls while they wait for a short one, and only then do they step in. If you want to survive longer points, steal two habits from this rally. First, learn to take the ball off the glass instead of swinging at it in the air. Second, default to the lob whenever you get pushed behind the service line. It is the safest reset in the game. Practice idea: cooperative cross-court rallies, no winners allowed, just keep the ball alive for 20 shots in a row. It feels boring, but it builds the patience that wins real points. What is the longest rally you have ever played?
