Pith… that’s what it’s called 😆… I like biting the top of each segment to just eat the insides, so this won’t work for me, but I’ve seen people do this for their kids and it makes it so much easier

And the best for young kids because if you get a seeded variety then the seeds come straight out and such good little nibble size for toddlers!
