That’s actually great! You’re still young, so I’d really encourage you to work on developing a correct seat from the beginning. You’ll definitely thank yourself when you are a little older for having learned it properly early on. A correct seat is such an important foundation.

With my horse I just rider her bare back while sitting backwards or in saddle I'll have my legs up on the horn and she doesn't care 😭 but to be fair she's just a pleasure horse I never planned to use her for shows or anything big
