The parent have to tell the child...look son..you cant run onto no track.What if it was a NASCAR race...you think im gonna let my child run onto a track.It could've been anybody.That was like letting a child run into the street whereas traffick is going.That guy didn't even know or see that kid.It probably surprised the track runner than any thing.The track student could've been hurt really bad.Man...that track runner is lucky he is not injured into a wheelchair because that dude was probably like..where did this kid come from out the blue?!???
