@gj.sweetandsavoury: Creamy Nawabi Chicken Ingredients: 600 gms Chicken boneless 4 tbsp fried onion Half cup yogurt 1 tsp salt 2 green chillies crushed 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder(or paprika) 1/2 Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp Kasuri methi 1 tbsp garlic crushed 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp tomato paste or 1 tomato blended 2 tbsp oil 4 tbsp cream Half cup milk 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese Coriander for garnish In a bowl add chicken, with all the mentioned spices,yogurt onion mixture,mix well, give coal smoke for 10 min!
