It looks like a digital clock projected onto the ground. But it’s actually a 3D-printed sundial. French engineer Julien Coyne designed an intricate pattern of tiny internal holes that only lets sunlight through at specific angles. As the Sun moves, the shadow changes — revealing the time in digital-looking numbers. No battery. No motor. No electronics. Just sunlight + geometry.
