In reality private sector almost same as government. Only those senior and have certain knowledge or skillset can earn higher in private sector. Also, government staff have more allowance while private staff limited to none.

mcm kurang tepat. private ni varies. ada yg lebih rendah gj than gov. gaji gov is now much better than most of the privates
