@thespaceofeunoia: You can meet a woman who looks completely fine… and have no idea what she’s carrying inside. She can work. Laugh. Show up for everyone. Continue with her life. And still have emotions she hasn’t allowed herself to fully feel. This was one woman’s experience during her 1:1 session. Her emotions came out intensely — through tears, sound and expression. But this is important: this isn’t what every session looks like. Some people cry. Some become quiet. Some feel deeply relaxed. Some simply breathe and reconnect with themselves. There is no “right” way to release, and I never measure the depth of a session by how dramatic someone’s reaction is.
