@y1know0: Jim Carrey’s performance in A Christmas Carol was way more physical than people realise. Because the film used performance capture, he was not just reading lines in a booth, he had to act everything out with his face, body, and voice. 🎄 What makes it even crazier is that he played multiple versions of Scrooge, along with several of the ghosts, giving each one a completely different energy and personality. It is such a perfect example of how much work can hide behind animation. The final film looks digital, but so much of the character still comes from Carrey fully throwing himself into every movement and expression. #jimcarrey #christmas
