Okay update guys: I did some digging and considering shes otherwise entirely healthy the most plausible thing I’ve seen is that she thinks that that noise is a big flying around her head and she’s trying to find it. Which honestly I think is even sillier.

i know some noises can cause seizures (that dont look like seizures) in cats so i wouldnt be surprised if they can cause other problems . i'm gen not trying to scare you (i swear) but maybe its an ear fluid problem?

She’s probably got a small coronation problem or neurological problem. My kitten Peter did this when he was a baby to any crinkle noise. He’s got a neurological problem lol
