Found out two weeks after I left the group who bullied me were secretely planning to quit and move to the competitor without me and two other people they didnt like. Three months later, the competitor filed for bankruptcy and they were all let go.

had this exact thing at one of my previous places, made a load of use redundant in the April, paid out our full package, went bust in the June, the remaining staff were all the friends of the owner and expected massive redundancy packages, but because the company went under, they were only entitled to the minimum government payout which was about half

bar/restaurant I worked at made me redundant. heard that not long after there was a change in management and all the staff I worked with have left because of the new manager. the bar I worked at afterwards went under about a month after I resigned and is now under new ownership
