@lego.less: 2 YEARS SOBER TODAY!!! Two years ago, I was on a ventilator in a hospital bed while doctors told my family there was a good chance I wasn’t going to make it. Today, I’m in another hospital bed, but I’m smiling, full of hope, and grateful to still be here. A divorce. Losing my leg. Nearly losing my other one. Surgeries, pain, and more hard days than I ever imagined. And through all of it, I stayed sober. I don’t know how I made it this far. I just know God never let go of me. Still here. Still healing.
